Does anyone have an e-mail address other than support@paradise.com whereby i can communicate my concerns regarding a cash out? Don't want to go into too much detail here as its only a time issue, but want to try and talk to someone who can actually get it done, instead of getting polite, "tomorrow morning it'll be there" replies.

the proper addy is support@paradisepoker.com.

i can tell you that this is the only addy that you can use, but their email support is awesome. even if you had located another email addy, it won't get you answers any quicker than the regular support addy.

FWIW, if they told you tomorrow it will be there, i would bank on it.
