I'd have to call it down from here. Folding is too weak, and raise/folding to a 3-bet is pointless when you can showdown for the same price.

I call this down, raising would be spewing, folding isn't much of an option imo.

Call down.

Allthough he could have bet the flop w/ ace high and has now hit on the turn, he could also play this way with a variety of other small pairs. I think you'll win more than 18% of the time to make the call down worth it.
