The local B&M MTT where I live have 165 person cap, top 15 pay, in a tournament this size. What type of ITM, Final table, Top Three finish percentages would you expect.

What's the buy-in, initial chipstack and blind structure like? That is more relevant than the size of the field.

There are three tournaments

$25+5 1500 chips, $10 1000 chip re-buy(unlimited), $20 add-on for 2000 chips at end of level 3/4.

$90+10 2500 chips freezeout

$250+20 10000 chips freezeout

20 minutes levels, autoshuffled 35-40 hands an hour I guess, blinds
level 1 25-25
level 2 25-50
level 3 50-100
level 4 75-150
level 5 75-150
level 6 100-200
level 7 150-300
level 8 200-400
level 9 300-600 25 ante
level 10 400-800 50 ante
level 11 500-1000 75 ante
