You can bust three people, but you'll lose over 1/3 of your stack if you lose. Just let it go.

I think folding is better. Like junkmail said losing will cost too much of your stack. Also, I don't care about busting people with 7 people left. And two of the shortstacks will prolly go bust soon anyway.

Chances are 1 or 2 ppl are gonna bust out of the tourney anyways, and even though you are getting 2:1, I think you are a dog to the initial raiser and probably has less than a 33% chance of winning the multiway pot. I would stay away and let them take each other out.

Next time when the same situation happens, I'll learn how to fold it.

You didn't have the best hand preflop. Now K8 is better than QJ heads up just as K8 is better than 98 headsup. The problem is that you aren't heads up in this pot.

Go to twodimes and try it. Here is the result:
Kd 8h 476675 34.77 863031 62.96 31048 2.27 0.358
9s 8s 334925 24.43 1004781 73.30 31048 2.27 0.255
Qd Jd 528106 38.53 834711 60.89 7937 0.58 0.387

You're only 36% to win compared to QJ that is 38%.

This isn't the reason to fold however...

The reason to fold is that you have a heathly stack and with 2 all-ins in front of you, chances are pretty good that you are WAY behind in the hand. You can fold and look for a better spot. As it turned out, you were playing morons. So, instead of playing a junk hand like those 2 morons, why don't you wait for a good hand and take all their money /images/graemlins/cool.gif

It is not your job to bust players out.

And you didn't have much of a chance to do it anyway. You obviously have zero fold equity, that hand doesn't figure to win unimproved, and if you hit the king you have a good chance of being dominated. With 3 opponents going to the river, no doubt holding a wide range of cards, a big suck-out is a distinct possibility. Fold.
