personally i don't... i mix up limping with 3xBB raises.

But I'm sure some other people will definitively tell you to poosh. I'll let them explain why they like pushing.

A push here is again very marginal. I tend to fold because of the big stack to your right and the smallish stack in the BB, but I can't say a push is horrible, because it isn't.

Maybe I'm a wuss, but I fold. You are in early position with a mid pocket pair and have 11BB. I think you have time to wait. If the blinds were 100-200 maybe even 75-150 i would consider pushing (probably would push).

No:

-Too many people to act
-You have >10BB (although I wouldn’t recommend a push unless you had 6 or less).
-Your hand isn’t going to be a huge favorite against a caller even if he has a wide range.

I suggest limping…playing a flop, folding to a big stack raise(pf) and calling a small stack push(pf, only if you’re the last to act).

Edit: damn!! you guys are quick. When I clicked the reply button there were no additional posts yet /images/graemlins/tongue.gif /images/graemlins/grin.gif

I don't usually push from here. I actually like to make a min. raise here. I get credit for a much stronger holding. 5-6 handed this buys alot of blinds. If I get reraised I let it go and still have 9 BB (and I've set the table if I'm lucky enough to get a monster in EP)
