Table is extremely loose passive. No read on UTG but every other player in the hand is loose/passive.

I limped here preflop because I was pretty confident that most of the players were coming in behind me based on how they were playing before.

I flop my set and lead, I lead the turn, then on the river the 4th flush card comes. Is this a standard bet/fold to a raise because of the passive nature of my opponents?
