I play hand1 the same and fold hand2 on the turn.

Without any kind of read it's impossible to tell.

Hand 1 is probably okay.

I don't like the flop 3-bet in Hand 2. I could probably fold the turn too, unless UTG is a LAG.

Hand 1 seems fine.

Hand 2: I like the flop 3-bet, but only if you're planning on folding the turn UI when villain keeps raising/betting. I don't see any hands a reasonable villain plays this way that we're ahead of on the turn, much less the river. And once UTG+2 calls the river, i really don't see how we can overcall.

Hand 1 is fine.

Hand 2 you should have waited until a blank turn to raise. played the way you did, I check-fold the turn, and I definitely dont overcall the river.
