Anyone know how to take notes on Bodog on a player who's no longer at the table? I can't find the files on my comp.

Lol, I hate e-mailing their support 'cause I'm pretty sure they all know me there (they've got a lotta annoying bugs that nobody but me would care about). Here goes.

Dear Noah,

Thank you for contacting Bodog Poker Customer Service. You are able to
write notes on players. You can do so by right clicking on the players
image then click edit notes.

Once again thank you for writing. Good luck at the tables!

contact us.

I don't think you worded your question very well. Try again. That is a pretty darn quick response tho....

Yeah, they're always quick and have a lot of annoying stock responses. I'm a bodog tech support professional.

Dear Noah,

Thank you for contacting Bodog Poker Customer Service. You are only
able to write notes on players while they are seated at a table. Once
they have left the table you are not able to write notes on them.
These files are not available on your computer, you can edit the files
once the player is at a table.

If you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to
contact us.

/images/graemlins/frown.gif. I don't buy this. I know that notes are comp-specific, so I find it hard to believe they're not actually on your computer. Does anyone know?
