No, not those!
Films you really like, but seem to have been seen by no-one/everyone else seems to hate/not rate
Some of mine:
Showgirls
Party Animal - awesome sound track!
Party Party (a small UK film so you Americans wouldn't know it)
Commando (I add it cos everyone I know whose seen it thinks it rubbish! But I'm sure OOT's know better)
Crossroads (not the Britney Spears one)
Ghost (it's number 2 supreme chick flick after Pretty Woman, but I really like it)
The Punisher (original Dolph Lundgren one)

Freejack, w/ Emilio Estevez. Any really crappy vampire flick.
"Crossroads (not the Britney Spears one)"
You mean the Walter Hill movie w/ Ralph Macchio and Joe Seneca? That movie is awesome, for the Ry Cooder guitar work alone.

I do - it's finally out in the UK on DVD, and I'm gonna watch it tonight! /images/graemlins/smile.gif
re vampire films - try and catch 'razor blade smile'. Very cheap and cheerful, but good fun. The only British vampire flick outside Hammer, I think.

Are Cocktail & Can't Hardly Wait poorly/never rated? Those are both fantastic.
My vote is Arizona Dream. A little-known Johnny Depp movie from the early 90's. Lili Taylor & Vincent Gallo are both in it. If I could find it on DVD, I'd buy it in a heartbeat; I can't justify paying money for a VHS that's been sitting on a store shelf for 10 years.
I've met very few people who have every even seen this.
Second on my list is Cube. Badass.

Here'a another one on my list, actually another Walter Hill film w/ music by Ry Cooder: Streets of Fire. Well directed and the score is great, but the script is pretty bad. Nonetheless, I think it's a blast.

Is Big Trouble in Little China really a guilty pleasure? I don't really know anyone who doesn't like that movie.

My friends and I all like it as well, but according to imdb, it made like $11M in the US. I don't think things like that happen by accident. Most of America hated this movie (their loss /images/graemlins/grin.gif )

Oh yeah, and anything with Claire Forlani in it, no matter how horrible everything else in the movie is, I'll enjoy it.
