The SB was consantly re-raising me when I was BB. Felt like I needed to make a stand sooner or later. Thoughts on this hand please

You've got mid pair, 2nd kicker. I'd call this down. He could easily be 3-betting this flop with worse pairs, and draws, especially if he's been noticing that you give up when shown aggression.

3 bet preflop. Seriously. Sounds like you are ahead of his range and you have position.

I'd probably see the showdown here.

you have to show this down, unless this is against a maniac, why raise and get a worse hand to fold?
