What if he was slow playing a TPGK? I could see how he would bet with the second club, and go all-in when no club hits.

It is possible. But usually I don't think TPGK would overbet the pot on the turn, even if there is a flush draw.

I don't play it this way. I check/fold the turn or throw in a bet on the turn first in.

check calling the river with TPNK on a broadway board with a nice stack vs a stack that will cripple you seems to be a bit too loose to me, but I don't play the 109s. QJ and Ax are not out of the question at all the way he played. A set is possible too.

No one shoves preflop here?

Well anyway....I don't see what's wrong with your play at all really if you're trying to get full value on your top pair. The blinds are too large and your stack is too short to really do all that much about being behind to a higher kicker here. And it would seem to be a good board for villian to represent an A vs. you.
