Vilain is unknown. First orbit for him. 4 handed ... I thought that with better than middle pair it is +ev to call down ...

Is it standard to call or is it standard to fold that to the turn raise vs unknown ?

If you plan on going to showdown, I'd put in all 3 bets on the turn, so he doesn't get a free look at the river with a hand like AT. If he ever folds a hand that has 3+ outs on you it's worth it.

What leads you to believe villain would raise the turn here with A10?

I was thinking it was a good payoff, but maybe it's not. Do you think you will be good here 1 in 3.5 times? I was thinking yes at first, but I am starting to think not.

He waited on the turn to raise so I don't think I will be good here enough to break even. Maybe if he had raise the flop ? Not sure it's a though spot. The board is still fairly drawy and it's headsup :/. 2 hearst on the board and possible str8 draw. If the board was more raggy it would have been an easy fold...

I call here. It's heads up against the BB as a PFR on a king/baby/baby board with a turned flush draw.
