A hand from just before writing up the challenge.

No read on SB.
UTG is 70/16/.9 after 40 hands.

It felt like I needed to raise but I couldnt figure out where. Any ideas?

I'd raise the turn. At first I thought the river cap was too much, but given UTG's obvious crappiness, I think it's good.

I might raise the flop here and Id prob cap the river as you did given the read and SB's likely holding.

I'd probably just call the flop and turn like you did. Most people in the SB aren't firing to barrels with just overcards. When you hit the river though I like the cap. UTG's 3-bet looks like spewing to me instead of a real hand, since he would've raised earlier and the 9 only completes one straight combo (78). Plus, you have an overlay of SB calling with his overpair.

I would raise the turn. I think the river plays differently if you do so unless villain has a set.
