I got sinuses so bad that I can't concentrate on anything. Should I be playing poker ?

For a few hands until I realize it's just not a good spot to be in. Give it a few minutes, then if you find you still cant, quit.

I say go for it. Play at some micro limits and just splash a lot of chips around.

I made a final table in a tournament while coming down from a psychadelic journey. I just played by instinct and didn't overanalyze things. It worked out much better to just play instinctively.

Yes, I play freerolls or low limit games like 5/10 ct or smth. like that..

i could play poker blindfolded while a girl is giving me a nobber and still pull 3BB/100.

Impressive.

But on a side note, sometimes I do, cuz poker is just too much fun. But when I realize I lost half of my chips to the table, I tend to stop.

Not against any real competition. Play the lower limits. You don't want your ass on the line with real real money out there.

No. I want to play but with two infants in the house am so tired that I can't concentrate. There is no way I can play well and don't want to waste any of my BR.

I typically play play money Stud/8 SnGs on Stars or Razz SnGs on Full Tilt.

If you know your head isn't good for poker, you shouldn't play.

Moreover, the best pros are able to instantly recognize if/when their concentration is waning, and they get themselves out of the game immediately and with no regrets (unless the game is such that their B or C game can still yield substantial returns). If one of your poker goals is winning, it is critical to only be playing when you are capable of playing your A-game.
