This one made me scratch my head. I've only been playing 6 max for 3 days and this is the first time I've seen this, so I'm not sure how common it is.

Opponent was unknown, except for the fact that he open-limped in the SB.

I'm in BB with Jd Jc.

SB open limps, I raise, SB calls.

Flop (4 SB): T /images/graemlins/diamond.gif 5 /images/graemlins/heart.gif 4 /images/graemlins/heart.gif

SB bets, I raise, SB calls.

Turn (4 BB): 7 /images/graemlins/club.gif

SB bets, I raise, SB calls.

River ( 8 BB): 4 /images/graemlins/spade.gif

SB bets, I call.

I think I'd raise the river. If it were the 5 or the T I'd call.

I think this is a pretty easy river raise for value.

FWIW, I even raise a 5, but I'm not sure I raise a 7.

Players who donkbet every street like that almost never have an overpair beat. Raise and complete the reverse trifecta!!

So the general opinion is to not give them credit for a big hand? I guess that makes sense, because villian showed down J6o in this hand.

with the intention of calling a 3bet, I presume?

I call a 3bet because T7o thinks he is good.
