Just started two $22s. Just one player I have played against before and he sucks. The rest of the players I have never played against before.

That is uncommon at the 22s? I have 8 tabled them with no noted players before...

I usually have 3-4 at each table I have played against before.

when you say "played before" is this because you take notes in the notespace on the site for every player or is it because you use a program that tracks the people youve played against?

oh, i always thought those programs were for limit games. didnt know they worked for sngs.

not to hijack your lc thread, but, in your opinion, do these types of programs add a significant edge to a person's game? are they worth the trouble/cost?

thanks

Helps less than in limit but any information that tells you something about how a player plays is helpful.

Of course most players change pace during the game, even poor ones. So the numbers are rarely dead on. But if you can indentify who is a very loose raiser etc it helps in some situations.

Just look for the guy that loses with AQ vs A6. That'd be me. /images/graemlins/frown.gif
