Villian is unknown, but he sat at the table with 17bb and limped UTG in this hand so I assume he's not good.

Should I bet this river or C/R?

If I bet and am raised, should I 3-bet?

I think I'd 3bet the flop. What do you put him on to just call? T8? Hands you have outkicked make up a big part of a lot of players PF UTG limping range.

I bet/call a raise on this river. I thought you played the rest of the hand fine.

I would bet and call a raise. Don't like c/r because he might check behind when the ace hits.

Maybe I'm weak for wanting cheap information, but if i c/r and get reraised it feels like the information costs one extra bet and I don't know much more compared to betting and getting raised. On the other hand c/r opens a possibility to gain 3 river bets when you're ahead

Bet and call a raise. You can't assume your opponent will bet once the Ace falls.
