right?

66 UTG, 5 handed 5/10 party

I raise, LPP in CO calls, BB calls

Flop TsTh2d

I bet, CO calls, BB folds

Turn 9s

I bet, CO calls

River 7s

I bet, CO calls.

Do I get enough value from random bullshit and a pair of 2s to make this a worthwhile bet?

Ya I think you have plenty of value here, ace highs love to call down on those paired flops when rags hit the turn and river.

I hate it because:

1. you can't call a raise
2. the 7 /images/graemlins/spade.gif fills a lot of hands that he could be calling down with
3. he's not folding a better hand
4. he may bet a hand like 44 anyway thinking you have a big busted ace.
5. a lot of the times he plays a hand this way, he'll have a hand that he can't call a river bet with. Most of those times he folds, other times he bluff-raises you out of your pot.

I don't understand why people think he has ace high here. I'm not in tune with 5/10 6-max players and this would also depend on the opponents' WSD, but in general I don't like it.

I'm glad someone does. It's very marginal IMO, I'm not sure how often I have to be right about this. He obviously liked something about te board on the turn, after coldcalling my UTG raise.

I'd like to hear more thoughts. My value bets are growing but I don't want to overdo it.
