What do you guys do in these situations.

1. BB with A /images/graemlins/heart.gifT /images/graemlins/club.gif

UTG folds, UTG+1 calls, Button raises, SB calls, Hero ???

I felt ATo was too good to fold with the odds given so I called /images/graemlins/confused.gif

2. SB with A /images/graemlins/spade.gifT /images/graemlins/heart.gif

UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, CO calls, Buttong calls, Hero ???

I would have raised one limper to isolate but against 2 and the fact that I am OOP PF led me to a call. Also, what aces would you raise 2+ limpers?

3. CO with KJo (5 handed, no UTG+1)

UTG calls, Hero ???

I raised here as this is a hand I would open with. Good? Would you raise an UTG limper if you were UTG+1, I dont think the 1 seat gives me that much more of an advantage here.

4. SB with K /images/graemlins/club.gif6 /images/graemlins/club.gif

UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, CO calls, Button calls, Hero ???

Suited crap /images/graemlins/smile.gif The K led me to a call but what about 9 /images/graemlins/club.gif6 /images/graemlins/club.gif or 6 /images/graemlins/club.gif2 /images/graemlins/club.gif

5. BB with T /images/graemlins/club.gif9 /images/graemlins/heart.gif

UTG calls, UTG+1 raises, CO calls, Button calls, SB folds, Hero ???

I called here because I was getting 8.5:1. Although realistically my only chance of winning is a straight or 2pair. I dont know the odds of that /images/graemlins/frown.gif Good call? T9s is an easy call right?

1. I'm sure many raise, I usually call, without any reads anyway.
2. ditto.
3. Definite raise.
4. fine call after two limpers.
5. Very easy call. You're not folding much in the big blind with 4 players already in. I don't know if I'm folding anything there.

I definitely would not call with any two in this spot.

Yes. With a read I might call here, but typically I am 3-betting.

1. I just call here. Raise, and you're going to be OOP in a huge pot with high offsuit cards. Don't fold.
2. Just call. Again, OOP with cards that prefer a smaller field.
3. Raise. Yes.
4. Easy complete in 1/2 setup, not quite as easy in 1/3. 62s is folded in the 1/3 blinds.
5. Call. Yes T9s is easy to call, this is standard as well.

1. Call.
2. Call.
3. Raise.
4. Is the SB 1/2 or 1/3. I call with the former and probably fold with the latter.
5. This is probably close but I fold here. T9s is clearly a call. I know everyone else said call so I will check all the books at home about pre-flop play to see if I am missing (or forgetting) something. I know you are getting good odds to call but what are you looking to flop here in a raised pot.

what blind structure are these hands?

these all depend on various factors, but generally...

1. I call (I very much dislike a 3 bet here)
2. call. I'd raise AJ vs 2 limpers
3. raise
4. 1/3 blind and I fold. 2/3 I'll call but its on the bottom end of the specturm. 1/2 and its easy.
5. call

I'd just like to comment on #5 because I have not heard what I believe should be said.

This is a quote from Rory:

"You are 11:1 to flop a OESD with a connector so I use that as my odds to call in the BB with those hands. There is a little slip in it, like calling with maybe 9:1 or 10:1 with a connector or whatever out of the BB just because I might flop trips or two pair or whatever which only happens 1:49 times."

Based on this statement, I believe that calling with 8.5 to 1 is borderline. I think you could make an implied odds case for 8.5 to 1 if you can do it at 10 to 1 or 9 to 1. I think going much below 8.5 to 1 would be giving away money.
