The other day, I sat to the right of a player, who obviously envisioned himself as a pro, raise UTG every single time for over two hours straight. After folding to premioum flops, ie. Q53o, I really began to question his luck. Since I was stuck looking at hands like 72s and T4o, I was forced to sacrafice all of my blinds. But I was thinking of hypothetical situations. If some players have a propensity to raise with all sorts of hands, ie. any suited, high, connected, and any hand with cute names (flat tire, big lick, etc.) and I am holding a playable hand in MP, such as A9s would it be better to re- raise this hand, since I can safely imply that my starting hand requirements are better than the maniacs 99.5% of the time?

But the problem is furthered by what all the other limpers may be holding, call this a typical loose- passive game where there is and average of 5 people to every flop.
