Raise again on the turn, but just call the river if he stop'n'go's again. You will see this fairly often with weak'ish top pair hands, and I think you slowed down one raise too soon.

With no reads I don't mind this. I'd strongly consider a raise on the turn, but I don't think it makes a big difference either way.

This is the line I usually take. You'll often see a timid 9x here. Most 2 pair hands will check/raise you somewhere.

I agree I raise the turn as well here, and if he leads out the river just call. The 2 pair on the turn would prefer to c/r and the flopped set should 3bet the flop. People don't always play predictably though which is why just call the river if he leads out again.

Raise that turn. You still have an overpair, and while there is now the possibility of a 4-flush or a OESD it won't be there more often than not.

Since that T hit on the river, I'd also call.
