So, I deposited using Neteller with the PLAYAUG bonus code. Am confirmation email was sent to me stating that i had received a $100 pending bonus along with all of the other info them give out when you get a bonus from them.
However, the bonus shows up in my account as having ELAPSED and does not even show as a bonus in the CASHIER at Empire.
I have emailed them 3 times asking them to fix this so that
I do not lose anytime clearing the bonus. I played about 300 hands already. Is there a phone number that I can call to talk to someone about this, or should I just wait for an email reply? It's been about 30 hours now or waiting for a reply...
