everyone on here is such a goody - goody who pays all their taxes and is so politically correct. I lived in Atlantic city til I was 15 and there was so much stealing, lying , collusion going on in the poker room, but everyone on here seems so PC. just a thought.

What is this "poker" you speak of? I keep a poker next to my fireplace, but your post seems to be talking of some other form of "poker". /images/graemlins/confused.gif

I'm not sure everyone on here plays poker everyday. I play about 5 days a week but I think OOT is like a new creation on its own. The forum is genius in my opinion and I can't believe David and Matt Sklansky aren't working on OOT T-shirts, Hats, coffee mugs, and underwear as we speak.

I agree though, poker players are assholes. I still have emotional baggage from when I was a fish and this dude was taunting me at the table. If I ever see him again, I'm going to punch him in the face.

Do you play a poker like you play the spoons? or is it more of a wobble board sort (tie my kangaroo down sport for those of us who remember Rolf Harris) of instrument?

I guess since guitar players are generally up themselves, poker players are assholes for much the same reasons, whatever they are.

OK now this is NV&G so I'll try to answer seriously, I think it's because most people here actually win at poker (certainly far more here do than a random group of people in a casino) so people don't have the need to cheat/steal/collude. Of course, it still happens.

Obviously there was plenty of underaged gambling going on too!
