Just sat down at this table so stats on this guy haven't showed up yet.

Closing the action, I call here. Yes, you are very often beat by some idiot with KT or a backdoor flush, but you are ahead of some hands that made 2 pair with the rivered J that play this way.

With no reads I would call, but expect to lose.

Backdoor flush is unlikely, but I want to know who plays those kind of hands.

KT and T8 both hit their straight, KT is a much more likely limping hand but I want to see who limps it in MP and I really want to see if someone limps T8 in MP.

AJ would surely have been raised PF so I think not likely, which kinda leaves QJ and J9. With QJ I need to know who calls down a Flopped TP, and obviously you collect against J9.

Plenty of useful information about opponents play here from all the hands that beat you and some small chance of seeing a naked Ace or J9 for the pot - it is conceivable you would win in the region of 1 in 9 here.
