BB is 32/11/1.17 over 53 hands.

3/6 6-max

Folded to me in the SB, I raise with K/images/graemlins/spade.gif 5/images/graemlins/spade.gif, BB 3-bets, I call.

Flop is 3/images/graemlins/club.gif J/images/graemlins/heart.gif 4/images/graemlins/heart.gif

I check-call.

Turn: T/images/graemlins/heart.gif

I check-raise.

Basically, I think there's a good chance he's got either overcards or an underpair, and the jack and ten are very likely cards for me to have, plus the flush draw got there. If he calls, I plan to follow through on any river lower than a ten because he may call with overcards hoping to spike a straight, but fold if he misses.

Would it be good against a thinking opponent with taggish stats?

I dont mind the theory behind the play, but this is a terrible board to try this on. Any hearts going to call for a start.
