Its like a hand straight out of HEFAP. Guy got pwned on a funny hand with a JTKQ9 board where two people sandwich raised him with aces while he called down with JT. He's terrible. I think he's a pretty loose bettor considering what he kept betting on that hand.

3-bet on the river scares me, hopefully he's tilting from the last hand (the JT hand). Thoughts?

I think this is reasonable. I don't see him betting a draw that he won't pay off on the river if it doesn't hit.

Raise the flop and see what happens.

I would raise the turn, but I'm not too worried about this line. Both the turn and river increased the number of hands you could be behind, but none of them are especially likely.

Still, I raise the turn.

Seems okay but I'd likely raise the turn, especially if you think he might stop betting if you keep calling. (And also some players get gun-shy with their river-raising plan if the board gets scary.)

I don't like raising the flop.
