I would call. Notice that the board pairing may have counterfeited his "slowplayed" T9 (outside chance). I would call regardless however.

No reads this seems like a clear call to me. UTG is just coming along for the ride, maybe top pair with a garbage kicker, or worse.

Villian MIGHT have 4x, but for a pf raise I just don't see it

I think his hand was made on the flop, 2 pr, KJ or AQ. Folding on turn raise.

Definetly call.
The 4 on the river might be a hidden out for you.

Part of me wants to raise this, but I'm still in the LAG phase of my Zee evolution. I think that many times you will find that you have just improved when villian has T9 and waited until the turn to raise. Still, there is also a fair chance the second 4 filled him up. I call.

Smells like a flopped straight to me but I still call down.
