Great idea. A private 2+2 room at bigjugspoker.com with a lap dance for each win.

But seriously, congrats to the professor.

I'm sorry to hear that, Mr. Miller.

There is a reason the wedding song sounds an awful lot like Taps.

I think Ed is searching the forums like every day for his name to reply to anything that is said about him /images/graemlins/grin.gif

Anyway,
all the best to you two /images/graemlins/smile.gif

At first I thought it said Ed Miller is Enraged. I was all ready to go with a song and dance. They'll just have to go unused, though, unless I get an invite to the wedding.

Now THAT'S a -EV move if there ever was one.

But the implied odds are nice...congrats.

I've been happily married for six years...6 out of 7, not bad! (Yeah I know, but marriage jokes don't exactly grow on trees!)

Congrats!

Free marriage tips for all the poker help you've given us all:

1.Tell her she is beautiful and you love her everyday.
2.Ask her every day if there is anything she would like you to do, tough but effective.
3.Don't stay up until 5:00am playing poker, then sleep all day while the children destroy the house...I've uhh, heard that's bad...from somewhere.

Anyway Congrats!!

Ouch, this sounds eerily familiar. Maybe I should try a little more 1. and 2.

You guys are offering Mr. Miller a lot of heart felt advice and well wishes. I would also like to offer mine.

Much as poker is seperated into streets, each requiring a specific strategy, marriage is seperated into RINGS, three of them to be exact.

First comes the engagement RING!
Second comes the wedding RING!
And thirdly comes the
suffeRING!

Here's my advice, borrowed from the great Al Bundy.

Run now, run hard, and keep running.

Kidding (mostly)! Congrats! I've had 2 wonderful years myself. Been married 15.
