PT Customer Filters

Hi, I hear people talking about custom filters, but I'm not sure if this means just checking the filter boxes in PT or being able to create hand filter for things that PT does not consider. For example, I would really like to view only hands where I make a call on the river of more than x dollars to see if these calls are profitable or if I'm often calling off too much money thinking I have the best hand. Is this type of filter possible?
