Bet small, so he could try to bluff you. If he has an ace he could push so check or bet small is my line. This is just a newbie comment /images/graemlins/blush.gif

If you're me you bet at it (200-400) just like you would bet at almost every unraised flop. That way your opponent doesn't know where you're at, and you have the highest likelihood of getting the most value out of your almost certain best hand. If he folds, so be it. I could see check calling too if he's likely to bet. Depends on the villain.
