I need a good anonymous proxy to surf the web, no, not kiddie porn, just want to surf anonymously, and test some software i wrote.

huh?

Are you behind a corporate firewall? If so...ummm, doesn't the proxy server, anonymous or not, need to be behind it as well? If not and if you are on an open subnet, what do you need a proxy server for?

Clarify.

How much clearer can I get. I need a proxy server. Im at my house, and I do not want the websites I visit to retain my IP adress on their server.

You need IP Masking, not a proxy server...

Sounds covert...I don't want to help you anymore.

Its a proxy. Its just not free, I know what Im talking about here. Its not illegal or covert, Im just sniffing and analyzing data for a class, and I have software I need to test out on the connection. But, anyone who knows what they are talking about, have a good one for me?
