I've got a good friend/coworker who has quit her job and is going to travel for a while, driving here and there and staying with friends.

She quit because she hates her job, and doesn't have too much money saved up, so a bunch of people are going to buy her a "care package" of sorts, only we aren't completely sure what to put in it. So far, we have: smokes, gas card, film.

So OOT, what else?

If you know where she's travelling, you could get her some kind of travel guides. Prepaid calling minutes.
