If he hasn't shown down many hands, he probably rivered you and has been drawing to the river a lot. That said, you'd be crazy to do anything but call here without reads. Also notice that he used a WA/WB line, whether on purpose or not. So from that rationale, if he's a decent postflop player, he might have KT,K8,K6-K2. He sucks preflop if he has this though.
