It wasn't Tommy, don't ruin the green rangers good name. It was an extra on the show!

How do we really know it was him? Someone could have dressed up in his green power-suit to frame him. You can't tell who lies beneath those masks. Episode #63 had a similar plot, except for the whole murder part, and it was the blue ranger....
