Regular price is $2300 or whatver for the black one. Regular price for the silver one is only $999. In all other respects except color, they appear to be the same. WTF?

I bought the silver one in June '04 for $1800 Canadian at Future Shop. I guess they saw me coming...bastards

I have the silver one and love it. Got it at Best Buy about a year ago for $1000 plus 6% sales tax minus $100 rebate. Sounds like the Canadian dollar is worth a lot less than I thought /images/graemlins/smile.gif.

Anyway, this monitor at $700 is a good deal.

One important note is the samsung has a 25ms response time. Which sucks for video gaming. I know it doesn't apply to most of you out there but I'm sure it does to some.

any difference between this and the 213? All I see is a 0.255 dot pitch.
