Yes, I usually call anything when I flop a flush at $20+2. Especially when the bet is retardedly huge like that.

I probably would have called too... - I always forget that the crazy raser could be protecting his small flush from opponents drawing to a higher one...

It'll be a non-flush trying to protect his set/two-pair/TPTK from the bare ace or similar more often than it'll be a made flush. You have to call here at the 20+2's.

This guy didn't protect his hand. He built the freaking Fort Knox around it.

I think this call is borderline bad.

He could have a set, 2 pair, TPTK, Ac, OESD + flush draw, pure bluff, in addition to the made flush (still more likely than any of the other possibilities individually).

I think you are ahead over half the time, but when ahead, it is often not by much, and when behind, you are drawing dead.

Edit: Hands like this cause a lot of people to make bad calls by being results oriented. Half the time they call this and are ahead, and in their minds 'right' and they don't factor in how far ahead/behind they are when they see the opponents hand. (Also happens when calling pushes late)

In a 20+2 I think it's more like 90% of the time you're ahead and possibly way ahead, and about 10% of the time your are behind. I also think this is being very conservative for your typical player at a 20+2.

edit: if it wasn't obvious I would call, I think folding this at a 20+2 is about as bad as folding KK pre flop.
