I have a house full of people who will not be able to sleep unless we determine the movie this joke is in, and the actual joke.

Clues we know:
Maybe Fight Club or Pulp Fiction (maybe Jackie Brown)?
Joke takes place on a plane...the pilot accidentally has the microphone on, says something, stuardess runs to cockpit, and a passenger gives the joke....

It is Good Will Hunting, and Matt Damon tells it to Robin Willaims, who later retells it.

Matt Damon says... so one time I was on this plane and the captain gets on and does his bit about we'll be cruising at 35,000 feet and all that, then he puts down the microphone but forgets to turn it off. He turns to the co-pilot and says "What I could really use now is a cup of coffee and a blow job." So this stewardess goes barreling up toward the front of the plane to tell him the mike iks still on and this guy in back yells out, "Hey hon, don't forget the coffee."
