Villain is 40/7, seems to have reasonable hands when he gets involved in big pots but he's by no means a rock. He bluffs a lot and had his 400$ stack wittled down to about 150 with bad bluffs etc, then he won it back. Probably a dumb question but I just want to check, is this river a fold? I called and just had to hope he had 44.

Definite call, he could easily have a flush or just panicked slow playing a single K
