View Full Version : Interpoker Bonus Problems

The fact that Interpoker doesn't have a raked hand counter is ridiculous. I emailed them about my July bonus that I still haven't cleared because I never play there. Decided to put some money back in the account. They say I have 240 raked hands to clear the bonus. So I take the time to manually log all hands that are raked a dollar. I hit 260 raked hands and still no bonus. So I email support to ask about it and they say I still have 119 hands left. How is this possible? I mean I may have missed a hand or two but 140 hands is a bit much. Really nothing that I can do either except keep playing...or just withdraw my $$

Thats my rant...enjoy.

If you're worried about counting raked hands either use PT or CryptoCounter for future refence.

I really appreciate the heads up. I have pokertracker...just wasn't using it at the time which is my mistake. However, I still have no idea how the two numbers could differ that much. I mean come one...I think I can count.

Were the hands raked at least 1 dollar each? bonuswhores.com says their qualifier for "raked hand" is one dollar raked.

Yes EVERY hand that I logged was raked at least a dollar. I witnessed it. And yet they still say that I am 119 hands shy. As soon as I clear the July bonus and get my bonus money for the Pocket Kings this weekend I am done with Interpoker.

My count may have been off by as much as 10 or 20....but there is no way in the world that I was off by 140 hands...thats just not possible. Nothing I can do but keep playing until they give me my money.

Another way you might clear the bonus would be to play at the casino...you can clear it using both

I used to have the exact same problem playing at Interpoker. I didn't really care, I usually slop an extra 20-30% of extra hands anyway over the requirement. I guess I'm not a "true" bonus whore.

But, this is typical customer service for Interpoker. I did the poker kings promo a couple times, and both times I had to play ping pong with customer support for 3-4 days to get my bonus. I pulled my money out of there and the other cryptos several months ago. The bonuses are great, but who needs the headaches?

They seem to make a system of screwing customers out of their bonus. They continually raised the requiremd raked hands per $ release on the bonus which I got. It was really ridicoulous. THis is still not resolved after about 20 emails to custoemr reps.

Question: How does signing up with multiple cryptosites work? Do they care?

The bonuses are no longer great.

Check out the new and improved cashier.
Click the My Promotions tab and then the Bonus link and it will give you all the info you crave about what you have left to clear. I don't know how accurate the count is in terms of not counting all the hands but at least you know where you stand.
