the table is pretty good vpip/pfr-wise, but no reads on specific players. just that they are "thinking".

my image is tight, and aggressive. i played only a couple of hands, and was not called down to showdown.

With just one overcard on the board, I play this the same. I expect to often be beat, but call down once raised on the turn.

Without a better read, I think your play is fine.

a few hands later, this is what i gather of MP. 33/23/2.9. pretty clean play, no cold-calls, etc.

does this read change the line?

Value bet is standard. I guess I wouldnt need a particularily strong read to call the raise, but I'd want something on villian to compell me to call the c/r.

Yea, both plays look good to me. I play them the same way.

Sounds like your biggest error is table selection. Save yourself some trouble & find a new table.

I would fold the turn. You raised out of the big blind, which represents a big hand to most players. 3 people called the flop on a relatively drawless board. MP is less likely to bluff or semibluff with another player already having called your turn bet and a player still to act.

Obviously, given the river action, UTG was not ahead of you, but we did not have that information at the time.

Somehow, I have the feeling your hand was good though.
