Table is pretty tight but calling ranges could be slightly looser than previously since the blinds just went up.

SB ($1455.00)
BB ($1335.00)
UTG ($1575.00)
Hero ($1055.00)
CO ($1125.00)
Button ($1455.00)

Preflop: Hero is MP with K/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 9/images/graemlins/diamond.gif.
UTG folds, <font color="#CC3333">Hero...

1) fold.
2) maybe you should say what the blinds 'have gone up' to.

It's close this. One more seat closer to the bubble I can't see myself not pushing, but from here.. meh. It's probably about neutral EV one way or the other, so flip a coin or something, heh.

I think this is a push, alot easier if none of your opponents have done anything too out of line.

Easy push. K9o is about a 58% hand, so chances are it's the best you'll see for its value over this and the following 2 hands.

I'm half asleep today. I obviously meant one seat closer to the button. Yeah, it's a nice hand and 58% etc, but I still don't think it's an easy push.

This is a serious question, but what makes king, 9 offsuit a push in MP. There are still players to act, and I always felt that king, 9 offsuit is just too easily domintated. However, are you trying this push for FE? In which case wouldn't just a raise of 4 times the BB be better, followed by an all in on any board if there are any callers? Just curious.

If you raise to 4xbb you have 1xbb to put in on the flop, and nobody is going to fold that

What a wake up call! To me this is a clear fold in MP. On the CO, I'm making an uneasy push. On the button, this is an easy push.

I'm sure you realize you misstated the 4x bet here, given the blinds. Yes, at 100-200, your FE is good, and you are racing versus a good portion of the hands that CAN call you, and even leading a few. The main point though is that you are about to lose almost 30% of your stack over the next 3 hands if you don't find a hand, and then your FE and EV plummet.
