1bb/hr LHE v 10bb NLHE variance

decision time for tomorrow. I'm curious to know what the expected variance is in these two forms of poker.

by expectation playing $10/20 LHE & $1/2 NLHE should yield similar hourly rates. I'm expecting NLHE to have larger variance?

From what I've heard NL is lower variance. I only play limit though. If you are a terrible NL player you will lose a lot more money playing NL than LHE.

For a winning player in both forms of hold'em, the no limit games will produce much less variance.

Beating the $10/$20 game for 2BB/hour is excellent.

Beating the $1/$2 for $40/hour is also excellent.

Both are attainable.
