no reads on whether villian will chase, but he has played fairly loose up to this point (~20 hands) I had previously bet him out of a pot and felt like he would call me down with any K if i came over the top here.

I think it's fine. It's unlikely that you have the best hand and 0 implied odds if you make your flush, so I have no problem giving up here.

Good fold, he has a King, or a flush

There are so many ways you could be beat, it wasn't a bad decision to get out. Villain could have had A5 for the straight or 2 diamonds for the flush, any king, any pocket pair > TT. But most likely since he called a PF raise he's got K or pocket pair. That was a good pot sized bet by the villain, blocking any possible one card draws to flush or str8. Scary board to be betting the pot there, though. Would a scary board bluff be too advanced for this lvl ($0.25BB)?

How can you possibly come to this conclusion? It's much more likely it's a complete bluff or a lower PP than him having a King or a flush. I do agree, it's a relatively good fold but very slim. However, I don't give this person credit for having the flush nor the king.
