i think i have to vote 3 bet the flop for one simple reason. u have 2 villains that u r ahead of on the flop and u want to commit atleast one of them if possible. i think if u 3 bet this flop u can successfully push the turn and maximze your win.

3-bet the flop .. flush draw is out in a multiway pot. Don't wanna see the board pair either.

Minimize implicit collusion! Get one of those guys to fold before he hits a flush. With two players in, the chances of someone hitting a flush when another spade comes are too high. And even if no one hits his flush when the 3rd spade comes, they'll think you did and they'll fold in terror. You got lucky that there was no 3rd spade on that one.
