looks good. On the river he has 55/Q9/maybe 93s (ruling out 99 b/c I think even loose-passives will raise that PF). given this range you are good 9/11 times, so I 3-bet here.

What about check-raising the river?

If he is passive enough to not raise the river w/Q9 here, I think c/r is good; we get 2 bets in when ahead, and 3 bets instead of 4 when behind...I only focused on your 3-bet when I replied, now I think of it my default here would be to c/r. If he will raise Q9 on the river though, bet-3bet is better.

I think you played it well. I won't go for that river C/R unless I absolutely feel I will get it. Most of the time, I don't feel nearly that certain so I will bet. In this case I think it is not a bad play to go for the river C/R because of the aggression your villain has shown.
