Should I push to try to pokerjoshLA out of the pot, fold, or even call? Calling I don't really like because I'm pretty much committed regardless of the flop.

What makes it so easy? The only one likely to have a strong hand besides me here is SB, there is a crapload of money in the pot and I should have a decent chance of getting the fourth guy to fold by pushing.

TT just doesn't hold up in multi-way pots. Assuming you are not already dominated (which is a strong possibility!) you have to dodge a LOT of bullets to survive. Any face card beats you and they at least have that. I don't know about you, but I'm not risking all my chips hoping that the board fails to produce a face card...

TT should be played only if there is 1 other person in the hand.

I fold to the PF raise I don't like calling off ~10% of stack).

In early position I muck. In LP I'll generally push w/t200 in dead chips w/ ~10bb. otherwise don't get committed as someone pointed out to a hand that plays terribly multi-way.
