I think TTIWWP should apply when most of us wouldn't know what the person in question looks like. I think we all know what she looks like.

I'd say TTIWWP applies when your thread is about a woman who's been in Playboy and your thread is about how she's newly-single. Just me, but when I click on a thread about Jenny McCarthy, I'd prefer a steamy picture. Maybe you disagree.
