i saw this essay in malmuths essays...
and i agree with him. big pots dont equal a good game.
this question is also in response to a mid stakes post about a guy folding JJ preflop, but then saying the game was great. he described the game as loose aggressive. i think he was blinded by the pot sizes, but let the size of the limit affect his play. if your going to adjust the wrong way in these games, is it that good of a game? i think youd be playing beyond youself and your limitations if this happens.
