Again, feel free to comment--as long as you post reasons for why. Don't just give me "Push here." Thanks to all.
EDIT: Blinds messed up on hand #1.
Harrington says use caution with middle pairs when you are UTG. He says to limp 80% of the time and raise 20% of the time.
Hand #1, I'm all-in. Chance to double up plus the blinds. Hopefully nobody else calls and you are a slight favorite to two overcards. No better time than the present with you having less than 5xBB.
Hand #2, not sure. With you about to lose almost half your stack to the blinds, I think you made the right move.
Looking forward to other comments.

[/ QUOTE ]That's a full-table rule that has no application to this situation.
Did the SB just fold his BB hand to a raise or was it folded to him? If he just had to toss his BB I believe his propensity to call here will be much greater.
But I don't mind the move since the blinds are really going to hurt you. Chances are any call will be a race and you have some fold equity. I would have done the same thing.
edit: hand 2 obviously

I think the second one is a clear/easy push, and the first one is a marginal push.
With the second one, you're about to lose half your stack (and all your FE) to the blinds, and you've got a decent hand. I'm sticking it in here everytime. That Harrington comment does not even remotely apply here.
The first one is trickier. An UTG raise from a player who could just as easily have pushed (although 11 donks don't always know this), but a player who doesn't really have enough chips that he'd be bullying from UTG. I don't think you're often going to be better than a coinflip here. I think it's a push, but it's close. With no read, I'd put his range at AJ+, KQ, 88+. Not too hot for pushing with TT with no FE. =/

Hand 1:
Is the Big Blind 150 or 300?
Either way you are less than 10 BB and 2 away from hitting the BB Decreasing your FE even more. Your reads would tell you more about what this raise means but my guess is overs and you are a flip. I don't know how you could not shove it in here. You either need those chips or bust out to start another.
Hand 2:
Kinda the same postion as Hand one.... you are less than 10 BB (like 3BB's) with a hand.
With calling ranges of
22+,A2s+,A3o+,KTs+,KJo+,QJs
ICM says push by a large margin (+2.2%)

In an $11 I think you can broaden villain's range to A9s+, 66+, KJ.
I would push this every time in an $11 and expect villian flip up A-10 or sevens.
UTG raises in an $11 Sit-n-Go doesn't always mean the villain has a monster. It just means the villain has a hand he sort of likes. Your chip situation is desperate and this is the spot to push.

I can't see folding hand number 1 even with all the other shorties around. You have to make a move at some point and 1010 looks pretty darn good. With 4 BBs and two hands from the BB this is instapush for me.
Hand 2 I push as well. If you don't you could be looking at just 1.5 BBs in 2 hands. Not pushing is a mistake I think.
Hand 1:
I pegged villain on a tighter range due to position. I got the impression that he knew what he was doing, and an UTG raise for 2.3BB looks like it wants to be called--if he wanted to capitalize on his FE, he would've raised higher. Again, correct me if I'm wrong.
Looking back, I think a push here is better. Regardless of villain's range (whether we use your range or my possibly tighter range, whichever you like), I think this is a situational push: blinds are about to get to me, and I need to make a move now before the blinds become too overwhelming. Position isn't that great (especially with 6 ppl at lvl 7--pretty deep for $11s), however, but this is probably the best chance I get to make a move.
Hand 2:
I was almost positive that this was a push. I just wanted to double-check, seeing as how 66 is a lower pair than I'd normally shove with in a similar situation.
Again, thanks to all for comments. I'm new to online SNGs (and 2+2 in general), so I appreciate the insight. LMK if anyone wants the outcome of the hands.
