Mouse utility

A couple of weeks ago someone posted a link for a mouse utility that allows you to make a window active by moving your mouse over it instead of clicking it. I tried the search function with no sucess. Does anyone have the link it?

its called Tweak UI,
run a search on microsoft.com and you should find it

I tried it and hated it FWIW. It made it bloody hard to type in the chat box for one thing.

It takes some getting used to but it's a must have if you want to 8 table on one screen.
